Sasha de-Bretton Gordon is a full-time investor and renovator. Her latest project is a house renovation down the road from the beach in Perth, which showed strong financial results. Her total costs, including purchase and renovation, came to .4 million. On completion of the renovation, done mostly in five days, the house was valued at .5 million. Sasha filmed her project to create a renovation diary for API’s Video Channel. In episode two, she reveals the major work she did to add more than million value to her property.
